“My name is Darren Rose. Two of my sons are currently living with active addiction, and before I found Dilemma, my wife and I were struggling to cope with the impact this had on our family life. Addiction doesn’t just affect the person using substances — it affects everyone around them. We often felt isolated, overwhelmed, and completely lost.

When we came across Dilemma Charity, everything changed. For the first time, we found people who truly understood what we were going through. The support, advice, and compassion we received helped us face each day with a little more strength and gave us hope that we weren’t alone.

Dilemma has been life-changing for me and my family. It gave us the tools and reassurance we needed to cope with the challenges of addiction in our household.
